1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal disruptions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CENRIX is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.


2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened water bottles or used accessories

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
